R12.2 XML gateway.

Hi ,

We recently upgraded our 11i test instance to R12.2.4 .   After that XML gateway is  not working.     We are trying to access the following url but not getting any response

http://hostname:7607/webservice/TransportAgentServer

Please let me know, if this is the correct URL for R12.2.4
