I want to get the schedule details of any workflow from table "wf_scheduler" column "Timing". But th

The column "Timing" of table wf_scheduler stores schedule time details. But it is very hard to understand. can anyone please provide any query/conversion to get the schedule details of any workflow.

I want to get the complete schedule details of any workflow using SQL query.
