Advanced Pricing Schedule hierarchy

I know this is documented, but I can't find it at the moment.

If there is a price schedule set up in the customer master for customer X

and

A price schedule set up as Preference Type 14 in the Preference Master for customer X

and

A price schedule is keyed directly into the header of a sales order for customer X

Which schedule wins?
