Sales order from quote order with prepayment processing

Hello all,

I ran into this E1: 42: How to Create Sales Orders from Quote Orders (P4210/P42101/P420111) (Doc ID 1558008.1) where it says I can't use P420111 to release  my quote if I've got prepayment processing enabled.

Now I've set processing option #7 on the Process Tab to 1 for "1 = Process by Sold To address". for the life of me I can't figure out how to actually create the sales order and reference the quote order to release it.

I've failed to find any documentation so I've come here for help.
