GL Expense Allocations not updated after chaning the Basis from YTD to PTD

Hi

I am facing issue in OPM Financials for GL Expense Allocations. I have done allocation setup with basis as YTD and run the Allocation Process. then changed setup to PTD and run the same process with Refresh Interface Yes. I found that for the codes which were having YTD value and PTD value zero, Maintenance window shows 0 value but item cost still shows YTD values. Please help me to resolve the issue.
