Product is non taxable

Hi,

We are in California and manufacture a food product. The product is not taxable when we sale it to our customers. When we do an AR to GL reconcialiation, Oracle is telling us that our sales are taxable.

We have recently upgraded from EBS 12.06 to EBS 12.2.4, is there a rule we need to create for our finish goods so that our reports show our reality?
