how to stabilize plan for materialize view.

We have recently upgraded from 11g to 12c. And few of the MV's are showing poor performance, I checked their execution plan in source instance and it was different.

I moved the sql plan from source to target , but MV is still not picking that plan. I tried this 3/4 times and it's not working. Whereas for normal queries moved plans are working.

Is there any different way to stabilize plan for MV's ?
