Help tp identify some MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS transactions.

Dear Community,

I'm having some differences in the accounting, when I go to identified the inventory transactions to identifiy the root cause of this differences I found out some records that I cannot identify.

This records are from TRANSACTION_TYPE_ID=24 I found out that this is Standard cost update transaction but I don't know why these transactions were created. Could you please help me to understand this kind of transactions? and where can I see them in EBS system?
