Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

In process to delete an item from the Org I receiving this error 'Specifications exist for this item (GMD_SPECIFICATIONS_B)'

I'm in Oracle Applications : 12.1.3 RDBMS : 11.2.0.3.0

Is there anyone can help?
