I wanted to know how to deactivate a Customer ( Account) and Address in Siebel eAutomotive? We have

I wanted to know how to deactivate a Customer ( Account) and Address in Siebel eAutomotive? We have  unchecked the flag on Account and Address to make them inactive. However the Inactive Account and Address both are available in the list of value to create new Sales orders, Quotes, Opportunities. screens.
