Not able to view Service requests and Repair Orders in Installed Base

Hello,

Not able to view Service requests and Repair Orders in Installed Base.

The following things are already checked

1. Type responsibility mapping done for IB user responsibility and as well as Depot repair responsibility from where SR and RO is getting created

2. CSI_NORMAL_USER role is assigned

3. No Service request security
.

Any help is much appreciated
