Lease Contract Partial Termination is not terminating the Asset

Dear All,

We are trying to terminate a Contract Partially in oracle Lease Management 12.1.3.

But after the Termination process, Termination Quote status should be Complete but it is stuck in Accepted Status.

At the same time, there is only one Asset and quantity is 4. we have terminated 1 asset but after termination when we search for the assets in Contract it is still showing all the 4 Assets in New status.

I did decent analysis on this and found that, system will check for TMT_STATUS_CODE in OKL_TRX_CONTRACTS_ALL table and it will update the Quote status to COMPLETE only if TMT_STATUS_CODE is not ERROR.
