Replenishment requisition created with a header row (in PS_REQ_HDR) but no data in line table (PS_RE

Hi Supply Chain experts,

A couple of strange requisitions are created as a result of replenishment processing. These reqs have no line level data (in PS_REQ_LINE) but has header rows (in PS_REQ_HDR) with a status of Open.

I've not been able to add a line to the req. Several error / info messages pop up stopping me from saving the req with line level data.

Attempting to cancel it gives all sorts of messages about missing line level data, eg, category, UOM, etc.

I wonder if anyone can help me to cancel these requisitions without running a SQL update against the header table?
