Memory board degrades and deconfigures all boards, M5000

I have two memory boards after noting a faulted status on the two boards MEMB#2 and MEMB#3.

The M5000 server worked for two weeks before going down after all boards were degraded and deconfigured.

MBU_B was degraded and CPUM#1-CHIP# was also degraded. All other components were deconfigured.

MEMB#3 Status:Faulted was faulted as shown.

I am not confident replacing MEMB#3 will resolve this issue. I am also puzzled why the whole server has to go down because of a single faulted board. The total memory for the server is 64GB (4 X 16GB boards). The server works fine with 32GB (2 X 16GB boards). When I upgrade it, it crushes again. See attachment for more information
