Using a non-root user to monitor Exadata ILOM via OEM

Hi,

  I have setup Exadata Plug-ins to monitor our Exadata appliance. The ILOM monitoring was originally setup using the root user, since we are not supposed to share the root account with unix team, I created a new account 'ilom-operator' in all the ILOM nodes, with CO roles granted, and changed the ILOM target monitoring configuration in OEM to use this new account.  But I'm getting the following error in OEM now:

Metric evaluation error start - oracle.sysman.emSDK.agent.fetchlet.exception.FetchletException: - Could be because of an invalid username/password - at /u01/app/oracle/product/agent12c/plugins/oracle.sysman.xa.agent.plugin_12.1.0.5.0/scripts/emx/oracle_x2cn/NodeStatusCheck.pl line 139. IPMITOOL error - Could be because of an invalid username/password
