Outbound Batch 103, Transaction 1 encountered errors deriving Intercompany Accounts

Hi Folks,

I need your help to find the cause of issue I am facing in  AGIS transactions when the recipient approve the outbound transaction. its gives notification error to initiator..

"Outbound Batch 103, Transaction 1 encountered errors deriving Intercompany Accounts"

The case scenario is given below.

Business group 1 having 1 Ledger and 1balancing segement

Business group 2 having 2 ledger and 2 balancing segment.

I have defined the required AGIS setup, Ledger setup.

Question : is it possible to do intercompany transactions outside business group ? As my other intercomapny transaction within the same business group is working fine.

Kindly help me find the cause for the subject error I am facing.
