Defining Staging Subinventory in R12

Hi

I am defining a staging subinventory as we will implement Order Management module for a new company.

I am replicating the setup which we have for a company that was upgraded from R11.

I noticed that while defining the Stagging subinventory when selecting the status ACTIVE, in R11 by default Include in ATP,Allow Reservations and Nettebale were disabled, however in R12 there are now Enabled.

We want the system behave in the same way as we did setup the first company in R11,can anyone tell me why these status attributes are now enabled by default and should I define the new Staging with the active status (meaning
