BI Publisher Desktop - Word Plugin

Where can I find the download for the BIP Desktop Word plugin?

On the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (edelivery.oracle.com) under 'Oracle Business Intelligence) I found a four part download for 11.1.1.7.0 titled 'Oracle Business Intelligence 11g Media Pack for Microsoft Windows (32-bit).  This is a very large download so I'm questioning if this is what I am looking for or not.

In the past I needed to install 11.1.1.5.0 and it was provided to me via Service Request attachment.  It was a single file and nowhere near the size of the 4 part download I found on eDelivery.  I need to install the BIP Desktop Word plugin on a dev client so that BIP templates may be worked on using MS Word.
