SAMQFS with ST3000 robot is not initialzing after Latest kernel patch upgrade

We have upgraded the Solaris OS Patch set april 2015 release on running SAMqfs  with ST3000 Library, after Patch upgradation robot is in down state under the samu. I have checked robot is in devices in st@wwn (Media Changer) format but not in samst@wwn,  even by OLD disk is booting with correct samst devices and robot is initializing under the samu.

I have copied devices from old drive but no success, how can we initialize it again.

so how can we fix this in latest patch set. can some one pls help us in initializing samst robot device again under the SAMFS.
