VNC multiple sessions on a per user that remain persistent

Hi I have been playing with this for about a day and cannot come up with the configuration.  This is my first dive into Solaris 11.  I have persistent VNC servers running for each of my DBA's so they can connect to their individual sessions, the sessions remain active when the close their connection for long running operations.  I can launch vncserver that will work on a onetime basis, I have also found the posts that alter the SFM to allow for port 5900 peristalsis, however I cannot get the passwordFile options to work only SecurityTypes =none works.  Not to
