Finding Info on Changes

We just applied RPC3 and after running the APPS Check in our DEV instance and then running it in our PROD instance and comparing the two outputs for difference, there were many objects that had changed.  I'm wanting to know what those changes were so how do I find out what was changed as the ReadMe file does not say and a search of MOS does not return anything. What is the best way to get this information? Thanks!
