The system not shows the View Transaction in FA

Hi Community,

In the subledger FA (and this is the same in AR) when we try to view the accounting  the system not shows the information in the screen. I attach you an excel file with the screenshots, path: Tools -> View Accounting  button View Transaction.

The error message is: The XLS: FA View Financial Information is not available under the 26_FA_ADMINISTRADOR responsibility

Why this issue?
