Void and Reversal

Good Afternoon!

I had my IT department enable the Void and Reversal menu in US Super HRMS Manager.  When I query for checks from our last pay period, I retrieve zero results.  The only way I am able to retrieve results is if I query by the Payroll Name only.  By doing this though, I am retrieving so many records that it meets the maximum capacity.  Are there other setups that need to be done in order for me to use this feature?
