Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

OEM 12c unable to manage or access any target database

Hello All,

I installed OEM 12.1.0.5. It discovered all target hosts and databases that I need to monitor. I promoted all targets without any issues.

Now when I go to do anything on a target database, I get prompted to enter credentials and get an error in return. Here is what it says:

" IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection " .

At the moment I can only see green arrow showing that the databases are up, nothing else. Has anyone encountered this error? Please assist.
