How to derive by sql the configurator populated on HTML quoting page based on parent item selected i

When you go to create a quote on HTML Quoting (ASO schema), you select a parent item or service item. Then click on the go button near to Configurator option and the configuration from the Configurator are displayed on the page. Then the user can select or apply pricing to save it to quoting.

Is there a sql or api to call to display the configurations for the parent item which is also displayed in the Quoting page as mentioned above?

Please advise.
