RC-002 error attempting to run orachk on Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition Server

To all:

 

I am attempting to run orachk on indows 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition Server runing Oracle Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit.

 

This is a non-clustered environment

 

I am getting the following error:

 

RC-002- Unable to read driver files.  Please refer to the section for this error code in Appendix A - Troubleshooting Scenarios of the orachk User Guide.

 

I have done everything using the oracle software installation user, including unzipping the orachk file.  I have also give the hidden directory .cgrep the same permissions as the orachk directory.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
