Enable SIT field after workflow submission by Supervisonr

Hi

I need to enable the SIT field to be updated by the supervisor after submission by the Staff. Currently there is only one comment filed that a supervisor can update while approving/ rejecting the request. I need to have one more filed to be updated and this filed will be a part of the SIT setup.
