Want to print Report in RTF format in AS400

Hello,

We have requirement from the the client, They want to print report in RTF format not in PDF in AS400 printer.

We got the email from the client is "Ensure that the printing is directed to an AS400 Outq(ITCMIN01) as an RTF (RAW DATA) and  not in PDF."

And I am not able to find the solution for the same.

System Information

JDE 9.1 with TR 9.1.0.5 on AS400

Database is DB2

Please advice Its urgent...
