Duplicated WO Demand - Item Supply And Demand Enquiry

Hi all

I need some urgent assistance to troubleshoot an issue.

I have a few examples where an item is being consumed on a WO parts list and when the Item Supply And Demand Enquiry screen, a single WO is featured twice, creating duplicated demand.  An example of this can be seen below:

You can see that the WO, 2099846 is duplicated with a different Type, Location and Record Type.  I checked for duplicated records via databrowser in F4801, F3111 and F3411 but found none.  I can only imagine that the issue is somehow related to MRP/MPS as the WO Type duplicate of the WO is listed as Dependant Demand in the Record Type.
