Requisition Notification shows Information message 'The current responsibility context has been swit

Hi All,

          Our requisition notification emails are showing an Information message box with 'The current responsibility context has been switched to' message. This started happening since we upgraded to RPC3 patch level.

           Please help to fix this issue.
