Lost EAS Functionality

We have a strange problem with lost functionality in EAS. We can not open calc scripts, edit sessions or drill down into outlines. I opened a ticket with Oracle and they suggested reinstalling only EAS from the install directories used originally. This does work but only for the person who performs the install. Currently if someone needs this functionality they have to log in to the server, do the install & then use EAS. If someone else needs it they reinstall & take the functionality from everyone else.

I have tried installing with several IDs. Only the person installing can use it. We are all admins on the box so it doesn't seem like a Windows security issue. We are on version 11.1.2.1.
