Why does SQL tracing work just fine when Agile is installed on Windows, but not when it is installed

I am running Agile from an Oracle Linux 6.4 system, and when I set things up for SQL tracing, it crashes with a number of java.lang.NullPointerException exceptions. This ends up crashing Agile. Any tricks to using SQL tracing on a Linux system??
