Tablespace % used metric - limits?

Using agent 12.1.0.4.10, emcc 12.1.0.4(?) on an instance with lots of tablespaces, not seeing that the %full metric is working for all tablespaces, posting a snippet from gcagent.log:

And the emcc All Metrics page seems to confirm that, only 110 tablespaces show on the metric threshold "add" tablespace button. Total tablespace count is 180 including temp, undo. Have not installed agent db plugins, is that what we're missing?
