Node failure after plug-in de-install/install

Environemnt

I have a 2 node OEM with a seperate RAC server for a repository all on RHEL 6.5

The second node was created by cloning the first node within OEM

SLB is configured and working correctly

Issue

I wanted to upgrade the ZFS Storage plug-in so I removed the plug-in from OEM, and since I am using offline patching, utilized emcli to install the updated plug-in.

I am not sure at what point the second node went down, I just know it went down during the de-install/install of the plug-in.

The plug-in appears to installed on the first node, but the second node went down and will not restart due to a plug-in mis-match.
