FSCM 9.1 Inventory and EDI Capability

Our hospital uses the inventory module and wants to move to Just In Time CART replenishment with a vendor on a daily basis.  The customer wants to be able to read the bar codes on a CART, create an order in PS Purchasing using bar code and transmit the order to the vendor.  They want to be able to receive and pay for the order through PS Financials?

We are currently on PS v9.1, up to MP14.  Any information would be helpful.
