Groups and Brands not flowing into APIP Application

Good evening,

     We have an issue with one of our client where user is not able to create a workbook in APIP. There is a group called "Private Brand Cooling" and "Private Brand Storage" which should actually be showing under domain 12, but it is showing under domain 0.

When user selects that group and clicks on next, the application throws an error as shown below:

Can you please let me know what the issue could be?
