issue with OATM migration in FND_LOBS

Hi,

I am migrating EBS database (oracle10.2.04) from non OATM tablespace to OATM tablespace. All migration completed successfully. But there is issue with migrating APPLSYS.FND_LOBS tablespace migration. The migration status report shows below APPLSYS index and table is 99.83% and 99.88% completed.
