How to identify active db links in the database

Hello experts,

                       I am working in a oracle 12c upgrade project where I need to identify whether the database needs to be upgarded has any active dblinks being used?In more detail what I mean to say I can create 10 database links but only 1 or 2 is actually being used.From active session history I can search for SQL but that will be a tedious task.Any other thought is appreciated.
