11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 upgrade

Hi All

I want to upgrade my databases from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 with latest PSU (July 2015) but i am bit confused. Is this the correct order?

1) Install 11.2.0.4 software

2) Apply patch 21150851 (OJVM+PSU Combo)

3) Apply patch 21765124

4) Apply Additional patches on 11.2.0.4 Doc ID 1058763.1 from Step 8.

5) Upgrade the database

I am more concern about step 3 and Step 4 do we need to apply all those patches or it will be included in the latest PSU? My OS is RHEL5 and current database is 11.2.0.3 with JAN 2015 PSU.

Please advise the correct steps.
