Use workflow eMail Response - Update Activity from BCC Message

Hi Experts,

I want to use the WF - eMail Response - Update Activity from BCC Message, to overcome the OpenUI external client limitation.

Does this require any licencing cost?

we just want to monitor the mail box of this BCC email address and update the activity in Siebel, For this we need Comm Inbound Receiver which is part of Communication Manager apart from this is there any other licencing cost involved?
