IR ISO Issue

I have created IR- ISO. then shipped ISO. The Iterface Trip stop is completed with warning and record is stuck in Transaction open interface.

I am getting below error .

"Ex.. in INTORD...querying PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL..:oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException"

I have already checked receiving options and daily rates. They seems to be fine.

Instance 11i.

Please suggest how can we resolve this.
