ARM Transactions - cannot edit details

Hi,

We are in the middle of performing an in-place upgrade of ARM from 11.1.2.3.501 to 11.1.2.4. The first step was to clone our existing environment (install 11.1.2.3.501, migrate databases for FDMEE and FCM, reconfigure EPM System and Shared Services etc.), I'm currently validating the cloned enviroment, after that we will start the in-place upgrade. Currently everything seems to be working fine with one exception: when I create a transaction, I am able to enter Functional and Transactional amount, but I cannot enter the transaction code, description or date. Aren't they mandatory fields? I am able to save this incomplete transaction
