How to stop getting emails from oem about Jobs that failed a week ago?

We are using OEM 12.1.0.2 on Windows 2008 r2 and I must have something setup to email me when jobs clear or something like that because I continue to get old oem email alerts like below:

Job name=FSG_PRD3000_ARCH_BKUP_002

Job owner=TGERRINGER

Job type=Database Backup

Host=CHGB-QSGP-DB19.fsg-gxp.local

Target type=Database Instance

Target name=prd3000

Categories=Jobs

Message=Job FSG_PRD3000_ARCH_BKUP_002 failed.

Action message=Retry the execution.

Severity=Critical

Event reported time=Sep 4, 2015 2:39:07 AM CEST

Target Lifecycle Status=Production

Comment=DB19 CH
