New Release for the Install Base Transaction Error Diagnostic Program - Oct 16th, 2015

A new version (3.0.1) of the Install Base Transaction Error Diagnostic Program has been released and can be uploaded from the following note:

Install Base Transaction Error Diagnostic Program (Doc ID 1501025.1)

The main change is:


  • Logic has been added to indicate if there has been a change to the serial and/or lot control

Please note that this report is not just for uploading to Oracle support engineers when you have a problem but can be used by anyone to help determine the root problem and provide additional information to search on in My Oracle Support and My Oracle support Community. The note above provides helpful instructions on interpreting the diagnostic report output and should be reviewed any anyone using this tool.
