Why am I able to see a pending transaction in the Open Interface form but not the Pending Transactio

I have a pending transaction.  It does not have any errors.  I can see it in the Transaction Open Interface form but not the Pending Transaction form?  Why?  We use OPM 12.1.3.  I am going to ask this same question in the Logistics community.
