Why can I see a pending Transaction Open Interface form but not the Pending Transaction form? We us

I have material transaction (Direct-org transfer) which is pending.  It does not have any errors.  My question is why can I see this transaction in the TRANSACTION OPEN INTERFACE form and not the PENDING TRANSACTION form.  We use OPM 12.1.3.  I am going to ask the same question in the OPM community.
