BI Publisher Installs but is not visible/usable in Word

I have installed patch 12395372 to get the Word add-in BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.2.1.  The install seems to be successful, I can see Oracle BI Publisher in my “Start” menu and I can see Oracle BI Publisher Desktop in my list of programs in the Control Panel on my PC and I see I have folders under: C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop

My version of Word is: Version: 14.0.7153.5000 (32-bit)

But when I open Word, BI Publisher is not showing.  I don’t see an option to activate the BI Publisher Add-in within Word.  BI Publisher does not show in the Active Application Add-in nor the Inactive Application Add-ins.
