11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 upgrade patch request

Hi All

We need to upgrade our 11.2.0.3 databases to 11.2.0.4 with the latest PSU (JUL2015), databases are on RHEL5. Please let me know if the below order is correct and Do I need to apply any additional patches??

1) Install 11.2.0.4 software

2) Apply patch 21150851 (OJVM+PSU Combo)

3) Apply patch 21765124

4) Upgrade the database
