Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. EBS Customizations (MOSC)

New jar file required concurrent manager bounce.

Every time we move a "jar" file to ebs application, we have to modify our environment file and then we had to bounce the concurrent managers.

Is there any way to avoid that , so that placing jar file wont requires CM bounce.
