Project Manufacturing transaction not flowing to GL from Projects

We are implementing PJM based solution. Expectations are manufacturing transactions should interface to projects as costed and accounted and then they should be sent to GL.

Setup Details:

1) Project Parameters:

GL Posting: Projects

Accounting Option : Send Accounts to PA

PJM clearing accounts provided

2) Organization parameters:

Transfer to GL = Yes

Cost collection enabled.

We have been able to interface these transactions(Inventory+WIP) to Projects but in projects when i ran PRC: Create accounting , program didnt pick up anything.

I then ran PRC: generate cost accounting events and i found that these transactions are in Rejected status with error reason : "Accounting flexfield could not be validated".
